Danuta Niklewicz  was born in Kraków. Today she works as a painter and a designer. Right now she is living in Warsaw. From 1990-2001 she worked as a designer for Krosno Glass Works. Through her work with artistic glass, she was encouraged to pursue her interest in painting. Since then, she has been active in painting and her volatile abstractions and impressionistic landscapes are performed in wet to wet technique and other oil painting techniques. Belongs to Polish artists' association.
